SICILIAN ORANGE SALAD

Serves 2

  • 3 large naval oranges

  • Half a red onion finely sliced

  • Black olives

  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

  • Basil leaves

 

Cut the peel and pith of of the oranges and finely slice.  Place on a large plate or plates and add the rest of the ingredients.
