Hangover Smoothie
Ingredients
- ½ apple or pear, cored 
- 1 ripe banana 
- 1-2 inches root ginger, peeled or ½ tsp ground ginger 
- 1 tbsp nut butter 
- 1 stick celery, roughly chopped 
- 2 large handfuls frozen blueberries 
- 1 large handful spinach or kale 
- ½ small beetroot, peeled and roughly chopped 
- 250ml/1 cup coconut water 
Method
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth.
