Paysan Breton Avocado Toast with Everything Bagel Seasoning
Ingredients

Cooking time: 5 minutes
For the ‘everything bagel’ seasoning:
2 tbsp poppy seeds
1 tbsp caraway seeds
1 tbsp white sesame seeds
1 tbsp black sesame seeds
1 tsp flaked sea salt
For the toast:
1 clove of garlic
2 thick slices of sourdough bread
Extra virgin olive oil
1 large, ripe avocado – halved, peeled and destoned
Juice of ½ lemon
Salt and pepper, to taste
150g Paysan Breton French Garlic & Herb cream cheese
Handful of fresh dill
What to do:
- First make the everything bagel seasoning - lightly toast the poppy, caraway and sesame seeds. Mix with the salt and set to one side. 
- Slice the garlic clove in half and rub all over the sourdough slices. Toast in a griddle pan with a little extra virgin olive oil. 
- Add the avocado halves to a bowl and mash with the lemon juice and olive oil. Season to taste, then spread onto each toast. Add a thick layer of the cream cheese on top. 
- Serve with a generous sprinkle of the everything bagel seasoning and some dill leaves.
