Blood orange salad
Ingredients
3 blood oranges cut into slices
1 small red onion cut as thinly as possible
The Governor extra virgin olive oil
A few mint leaves finely chopped
Method
Assemble the orange slices on a plate
Place the onions on top
sprinkle with the chopped mint
Generously drizzle with The Governor
