EASY KALE CHIPS
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180c
Line a big baking tray with parchment or a silicon sheet
Remove the spines from the kale a rip into bite sized pieces and put in a large bowl. Gently massage the oil into the kale and spread in a single layer on the tray. Bake in batches for 10-15 minutes till brown but not burnt. Allow to cool and season with the salt or flavourings of your choice

INGREDIENTS
- I bunch of washed and dried kale 
- 1 tablespoon of warmed coconut oil 
- Maldon salt or truffle salt
