SOUTHSIDE BERRY

Ingredients

  • 50 ml Chapel Down Gin

  • 25 ml fresh lemon juice

  • 15 ml sugar syrup

  • 4 large strawberries

  • 5 mint leaves

  • Dash London essentials classic tonic

Method

  1. Add 3 strawberries and sugar syrup to a tall glass & muddle

  2. Add gin and mint leaves and gently stir

  3. Fill glass with crushed ice and gently stir and lift ingredients

  4. Top with a dash of London essence classic tonic

  5. Garnish with strawberry slice and sprig of mint
