Black Forest Gateau Smoothie
This smoothie is so incredibly delicious!
Ingredients
Time: 5 mins
Serves: 2
- 160g/1 cup frozen berries of your choice 
- 1 very ripe banana 
- 1 tsp nut butter of your choice (optional) 
- 1 tbsp raw cacao powder 
- 2 Medjool dates, stones removed 
- 325ml/1½ cups plant milk of your choice 
Healthy optional extras (you might need to add a little more plant milk if adding any (or all) of these):
- Switch out half a cup of the berries for half a cup of frozen peas 
- ½ tsp ground turmeric and pinch black pepper 
- 1 lump frozen spinach 
- 3cm cube fresh beetroot 
- 1 sprig broccoli 
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed 
- 1 tbsp buckwheat flakes 
- 1 tbsp lemon juice 
- 1 tbsp dessicated coconut 
Method
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
