Isle of Wight Cherry Tomato Canapés
Ingredients
Serves: 4-6
Preparation time: 10 minutes
1 pack pre made mini pastry cases
10 Piccolo tomatoes, halved
1 pack mini mozzarella balls, halved
1 avocado, pitted, peeled and cut into chunks
Fresh basil leaves
Olive oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method
Take the pastry cases and lay them out onto a tray.
Fill each case with half a tomato, half a mozzarella ball, one chunk of avocado and one basil leaf.
Drizzle a little olive oil onto each canape and season with salt and pepper.
