Vegan Butterscotch Popcorn Smoothie Bowl
If you love smoothies and you like easy vegan breakfast recipes, this one will tickle your tastebuds like nothing you've ever tried before.
Ingredients
The basis:
100g frozen banana
150g frozen cauliflower
1tsp cinnamon
30g your favourite flavour protein powder (optional)
50-100ml soy milk
Toppings:
30g dark chocolate
Half a banana (sliced)
30g your favourite granola
Method
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy!
Top with butterscotch popcorn, melted chocolate, banana slices, and granola and voila! Enjoy!
