Blueberry & Apple Porridge


• 45g oats
• 200ml of water
• 1/2 cup of blueberries
• 1 apple
• 1/4 tsp of cinnamon

1. Peel and chop the apple into small pieces and place in a pan with the blueberries, cinnamon and a splash of water.

2. Cook on a medium heat while you make the porridge, using the back of a fork to squish down the berries.

3. Spoon over the warm compote over the oats and top with extra seeds and chopped nuts.
