KIMCHEE SALAD

 

Serves 4 | Preparation time: 5 minutes | Cooking time: 2 minutes

Dressing:

  • 2 tbsp. Double Deluxe Soy Sauce
  • 4 tbsp. chilli garlic sauce
  • 1 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. sugar

Ingredients:

  • 1 Chinese cabbage, finely shredded
  •  4 spring onions, thinly sliced

 

Method:

1.       Place the shredded cabbage and spring onions in a large bowl.

2.       Mix all of the dressing ingredients together and pour the dressing over the cabbage.

3.       Mix and serve immediately.
