Hangover Smoothie
Ingredients
½ apple or pear, cored
1 ripe banana
1-2 inches root ginger, peeled or ½ tsp ground ginger
1 tbsp nut butter
1 stick celery, roughly chopped
2 large handfuls frozen blueberries
1 large handful spinach or kale
½ small beetroot, peeled and roughly chopped
250ml/1 cup coconut water
Method
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth.
