Hangover Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ½ apple or pear, cored

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1-2 inches root ginger, peeled or ½ tsp ground ginger

  • 1 tbsp nut butter

  • 1 stick celery, roughly chopped

  • 2 large handfuls frozen blueberries

  • 1 large handful spinach or kale

  • ½ small beetroot, peeled and roughly chopped

  • 250ml/1 cup coconut water

Method

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth.
