TUTTI FRUTTI NICECREAM & SMOOTHIE BOWLS
VERY BERRY SMOOTHIE
You will need:
• 1 banana, frozen • 1/2 beetroot (I use the pre-cooked packs, and freeze them in pieces) • 1/2 cup of blueberries • cup of almond milk or coconut water • tbsp of oats - optional
How to make:
Simply blend together until thick and creamy, add more or less milk depending how thick you like your smoothie. Top with your favourite fruits.
TUTTI FRUTTI NICECREAM
You will need:
• 1 banana, frozen • 1/2 cup of mixed mango & pineapple, frozen • 1/2 avocado • handful of spinach • 1/2 cup of milk (coconut milk is a favourite)
How to make:
Simply blend together until thick and creamy, add a little more milk if you prefer. Top with your fave fruit and seeds.
