Strawberry Shortcake Overnight Oats

Minimal ingredients but maximum flavour, these overnight oats are the perfect make-ahead breakfast for a quick, easy but delicious start to the day!

Serves: 1 Preparation time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

•50g oats
•1 heaped tbsp Greek yogurt
•100ml almond milk
•1tsp chia seeds
•Sliced strawberries
•1tsp strawberry jam
•A sprinkle of granola
•A handful of pistachios, chopped
•1tsp hemp seeds

Method


1.The night before serving, combine the oats, milk, yogurt and chia seeds in a jar - add a dash of water to loosen if it looks too thick
2.Leave in the fridge overnight
3.The next morning, loosen the mixture with more milk or water if necessary and give everything a good stir
4.Pour into a bowl, the texture should be a lovely creamy consistency
5. Add the strawberry jam and top with the sliced strawberries, granola, pistachios and seeds
