PORRIDGE WITH BLUBERRIES & RASPBERRY JAM

SERVES: 2 TIME: 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS

280ml Rude Health Oat Drink

120g rolled oats

½ tsp salt

3 tbsp golden syrup

200 blueberries

4 tbsp raspberry jam

2 tbsp pumpkin seeds

METHOD

  1. Mix the Oat Drink with the rolled oats in the pan and heat until combined.

  2. Stir in the syrup, saltand berries.

  3. Divide into two bowls and add another swirl of syrup and a handful of berries, raspberry jam and pumpkin seeds.
